My apologies - perhaps the wrong choice of terminology. As a geographer you would think that I could be more specific. I thought that I had said "in the affected areas." Of course, much of the U.S. is "down south" from our vantage point ;-)

Yeah boy, it got up to 83 degrees here in Orlando day before yesterday and we actually had a rare December rain last night. Terrible image isn't it? Or, perhaps you weren't talking about this far south........ Lou Deeter
