I've never had a bike painted by Cyclart. I haven't met Jim C. either. I have done business with him. And, when I started to put the Used Bike Buyers Guide together about 10 years ago, Jim C. was one of the few people who responded to my request for help--and, a number of the non-responders are members of this list. Jim willingly gave of his time, agreed to offer the guide for sale in his shop, and provided very valuable tips on inspecting and grading condition for frames. I know there are people who don't like him, whether personally or business related. But, I believe he has contributed positively to this hobby and doesn't deserve the public thrashing that is being thrown at him. Lou Deeter, Orlando FL
