I've spent all morning looking for information on this English
framebuilder and can't seem to find anything. My buddy Jeff Lyon
learned the craft from him 30 years ago and I'd like to learn more
about Phil. I could ask Jeff for the whole story, but I like to get
my info from more than one source. Can anybody shed some light on
his history and bikes?
