As of the Campy catalogue 18 (1984), the Rally is still shown as a single
pivot gear with two hex bolts. The Catalogue 18bis doesn't illustrate a dual
pivot Rally either, the Victory and Triomphe long cage gears (in the 18bis)
are also all single pivot. Chuck's timeline stops at 1987, so I'm at a loss.
