Hallo Roy,

thanks for the help!
>>- could you help me date that bicycle?

RHD> It's interesting, the components scream "early 70's", but the RHD> frame looks late 70's (bottle bosses and braze-on shifters, but RHD> clamp-on rear brake guides).

that puzzled me, too. it also got cable routers (are they called like that?) underneath the bottom bracket, and the paint has metallic finish, as can be seen in some of the photos.

RHD> It could be a "club racer" model (lower-end racing version), RHD> a bike build up (bare frame with left-over components), or a previous RHD> owner swapped components from other bikes. What is the crankset?

crankset and headset, skewers and probably also hubs are Ofmega, rims are . the freewheel is a Regina Corsa and has "2 Italy 77" on it.
>>- how can i find out what tubing it is?

RHD> What's the decal below the seat lug say? (starts with a "T"). RHD> I would guess straight gauge tubing.

the decal is a dealers decal. the diameter of the post is 26,2.
