Hi David,
The brakes were "officially" intro'd in 1969 (no-name version), and were
available to teams in Europe for possibly two years prior. The levers were
available for perhaps a year or two with the "named" brakes. So the "early"
levers were around from about 1967 (or so) to about 1970 or 1971. Any
corrections are entirely welcome.
