Haden lugs are also on the 1978 Raleigh Pro I've just got, however they don't quite look like the images recently contributed to this list. A lugs n' dropouts site would be quite a useful resource. Who can host it? How much will it cost that person to do so? Is it allowable to pass the hat for funding the site?
