I agree with David Faulkner that Jan's comments were coming from self-interest as well as the fit of hostility she must be carrying over from another life. I would exercise extreme caution with any seller who gets bent out of shape because someone drew attention to the incomplete posting of relevant information of an item he/she was offering for sale.

You shouldn't give up so easily. You just came back on board, some people feel they have to get something out of their system. Let them do it. If they are adults, they should get tired of it soon enough.

Sort of like letting babies cry their way to sleep. When they wake up in the morning, we'll all be a day older and wiser.
