We've been supplying bikes to our velokids program for years, on the road and track. We used to use 24" wheels from Guerciotti, customs from Zinn and others, and an assortment of things from various builders. These days, the newer 26" bikes have frames thast are as small or smaller than many of the older 24's. turn key models from Trek, Fuji, and many others that have frames down to 43cm and we can get 155-165 cranks that are a great idea.
