well, for what its worth - the fork looks identical to the one on the pog i have on ebay right now for a friend, which is #13388, circa 1985. (had hesitated to post a heads up cause its out of list period, but its now relevant to this conversation... http://ebay.com/<blah> for comparision purposes... :) )

the bike does have "psm" stamped on the seat lug, which im told is indicative of being built in santes shop, and the serial listed in the description (11783) does jibe with the 1975 date - though its not shown in any of the pics (not to draw question to the number listed...)

a pretty bike, though, even if full chrome isnt always my cup of tea...
