Hi Jay, About 15 or 20 years ago, I saw ONE Garlatti pro frame that a friend of mine had. I was thinking of that one when I made my post. If he was talking about the white one with the blue head panel on ebay, those ARE cheapo bikes, but that model is made with something better than Gas Pipe. 30+ years ago, I worked in a shop that sold them, and the owner had to straighten one of those. He said it was tough stuff! My guess would be straight gauge, maybe CrMo. No guess on wall thickness.
