Arriving late to the party....
are these frames both 700c ft and rear? Dual 700c aero frames gave way to 700c rear/650c front and 700/450 bikes (and to a lesser degree to small ft and rear bikes) sometime around 1983-84, as I recall. Aero bikes with "normal" wheels and drop bars went away as soon as the small ft wheel / sloping top tube / cowhorn combo became popular. Moser's hour record and the '84 Olympics sealed the deal. The addition of aero bars (a huge deal!) came after Lemond's 1989 TDF. Recent UCI regs have set things back on track (IMHO)
