Payment can be made in cash with dollars or by money order in Pounds sterling ($1.60 to 1 GBP). American Express Travellers cheques in $ are also fine. THE TOUR DE FRANCE by PETER CLIFFORD, published in 1965. Excellent condition hardback with dust jacket. It is essential reading for any Tour enthusiast and offers a year by year account of the Tour from the the very beginning and there are plenty of photographs. A rare book. 192 pages. $35

MY CYCLING LIFE by Medwin Clutterbuck 80 pages paperback. Medwin Clutterbuck was a leading Cyclists¹ Touring Club member from the late 1920s on. This is an account with some photos of his tours especially in Europe. Excellent. Slightly dirty cover $10

A CENTURY AWHEEL 1889-1989 A HISTORY OF THE DE LAUNE CYCLING CLUB by Mike Rabbetts 212 pages paperback. Excellent history with many photographs of one of the older British cycling clubs and which is still very active today. An excellent insight into British cycle club life $18

CLEMENT WHEEL COVERS - very beautiful pair and probably from the 1970s or 1980s. $30

SUNTOUR SUPERBE BRAKESSET Excellent condition wih virtually no marks. No lever hoods. I think these are the earlier type of Superbe brakes. $40

SIMPLEX RETROFRICTION GEAR LEVERS Excellent condition apart from one of the fastening screws is marked. For brazed-on bosses. What the pros all rode in the 80s before indexed gears. $30

CAMPIONE SADDLEBAG BRACKET NOS this fits almost all two wire saddles enabling a saddlebag to be fitted. Lovely badge. $20

CAMPAGNOLO RECORD TRACK PEDALS - excellent/mint condition. The chrome plating is excellent, the cage plates show very little wear and the bearings feel perfect. These are a rare pair of pedals. $75

MAFAC CANTILEVER BRAKESET Very good condition. I will supply a new spare set of blocks and spare straddle wires with this set. $45

NOS LEATHER ITALIAN PERFORATED SHOES UNBRANDED Size 42 These are perfect and of excellent quality. Fairly narrow so would not suit a wide foot. $30

MARTANO STRADA SPRINT RIMS 32H NOS - Very good pair (one transfer is slightly marked) for tubular tyres (singles). These are a high quality rim and come complete with their special rim washers. $65

AIRLITE HUBS with QUICK RELEASE FITTINGS - small flange 32/36H gear sided hubs with quick release fittings from the 1950s or 1960s. The rear hub is 120mm over the lock nuts. The bearings feel smooth and the chrome plating is generally very good although the rear hub barrel has a few small marks. RR1A STEEL MICROADJUST SEATPIN NOS 60s 27.2mm steel seatpin. I have never seen one of these in a catalogue but I think it may have been sold under the Cobra brand name and is probably Italian in origin. It is graduated down the side and is really very unusual in design.
