As a big fan of Japanese bikes I was surprised to find out that the Koga-Miyata's are built just outside of Amsterdam in The Netherlands. The way I understand the story is that Miyata's are built in Asia and the Koga-Miyata's in Europe. On the keepers of the frame angle Koga-Miyata made an anniversary frame a couple years back that was as clean and sexy as any other I'd seen.
