I have a picture of small flange Nuovo Tipo hubs with Green box which says "Mozzi Nuovo Tipo, Flange Piccole"

By the way, Rodd didn't say & John didn't ask, but the quickest way to tell if they're Tipo's is if the holes in the flanges are round instead of the oblong oval in the Records.
