R2 i'm not sure what the question is. it appears that you're asking about what's "more important" versus what's "less important". if all similarly sized pre-built frames were similarly configured, there might be a pat answer to this. all frames are measured differently, so one 58cm might 'work' for a guy with size 9's and another may not. e-RICHIE chester, ct
