Ron I have been to the AA show and it really is a good one to see. The balloon and Stingray stuff dominates but the show is so big there are still a dozen or so lightweight guys. There really is some beautiful stuff from all eras and is worth the trip if you get a chance to go. Jeff Archer First Flight Bicycles 216 S. > Has anyone attended the hugh Ann Arbor Bicycle Show in the past? I have
just become aware of it thru the local Classic bicycle group here in
Indiana. This group is for balloon and Sting Ray styles mostly. They
consider lightweights to be the 3 speed stuff, like my Raleigh Sports. I
attended a local swap meet here in the winter, and loved seeing the cool
cruisers and such. And I did manage to pick up a nice B15 Brooks saddle and
a couple of other small things. The friendly group had a great deal of
insight into their particular sub-culture, and little to no interest in the
stuff we consider on topic. I guess the Ann Arbor, MI show is the region's
largest, with a hugh number of vendors, so i figure there is probably
something there of interest. Any previous experience with this show? Let
me know. I may go. April 27. Link: http://www.ann-arbor-bicycleshow.com
