Subject: [CR]On the past weekend I went

On the past weekend I went to LA area to see the Netercutt Collection Museums of Automoblies, Jimmy Thompson collection of 25 Hetchins bicycles and the Petersen Automotive Museum. All were very wonderful to see and if any of you would like digital pictures of any one just ask. Jimmy's Hetchins were great. he bought his first in the late 40's to ride. He is from Scotland which expaines why a Hetchins. And he has not stopped buying them since. All but one is not in great shape. That is becuase it is an original. And nearly all with the correct parts. With so many bicycles it was hard to concentrate on any one. Brain Baylis bought a few Hetchins of his own plus a few other were there including my NOS1991 Hetchins curly frame.
