I couldn't decide whether Don is serious or whether his comments were tongue in cheek. He did such a fine job of walking on edge. In any event, the consensus seems to be running in favor of retaining the engraving and I'll let the majority rule. If I ever make to the Cirque or Velo Rendezvous I'll bring this bike to exhibit its truly "period correct" parts. VladLuskinSFCA
