Who knows, they had them , they were cheaper? I don't think they were special sized though. I decided I was under no obligation to repeat the error. So my Raleigh Pro has a nice 3TTT stem AND bar. They match, fit together, look good together, it makes more sense this way. Not correct, but I'm happy.
