"The Dancing Chain" is truly out of print. Occasionally, used copies show up on Amazon or E-Bay for $100 plus.
I self-published DC. I paid to have 2200 copies printed. They sold out it two years and I broke even. The economics don't work out for a second printing.
I am seriously working on a second edition. This will involve about 30% new material. It will be available in late 2003 or mid 2004.
