I don't know if there is any connection between the Mexican Made Cinelli UnicaNitor saddles and the Lambertini ones, although you are correct in saying that the Lambertinis look like copies of the Unica. For those folks that were in the bike biz back in the early 70s, you probably recall Pettee (sp?) bike supply out of Denver imported a bunch of these "Hecho en Mexico" Unica saddles.
