The vertical dropouts (#1060 Serie Corsa) were first shown in catalog #15 from 1967 (previous catalog #14 was 1960). 1967 might be when they were introduced at the trade shows held late in the year or they could have come out years earlier since there were no new catalogs between 1960 and 1967. Best dating info is the trade show reports in the press each year.

That's the Cinelli 1R that I think came out around 1974? Cino sold his company in 1978 to Antonio Colombo (Columbus tubing and 3ttt bars and stems), so around that time the logo was changed to the winged C.

Everyone agrees that this stem slips and creaks so my advice is to send it to me as soon as humanly possible and I will dispose of it in a proper manner !!!
