According to the catalog, my 1963 Claud Butler should have a CB decal on
the down tube. When he bought the bike, the original owner put a Westham
Speedway decal on the down tube where I would expect the CB decal to be.
Is there a safe way to remove the Westham decal to make the bike more
"original", or is there no good reason to try?
