Huffy used to have an arrangement with Raleigh to sell some Raleigh built/Huffy badged bikes for the upper end of their line.
The bike shown is late '50s or very early '60s, very similar to some low-end models Raleigh sold under the "Lenton" name.
The brake levers are the same as used on Raleigh Sports 3-speeds, with moveable pivot bolts to work with either upright or drop bars (though they were really _lousy_ with drop bar, 'cause the handle curves the wrong way.
I've seen fancier Huffy/Raleighs than that, Super-Course-like models with 531 frames, some all chrome.
I own an early "F frame" Moulton Speedsix frame, which is also badged Huffy (This predates Raleigh's acquisition of Moulton.)
