The pivots on this early Campagnolo NR front derailleur with cable stop have slots in them like a screw head. Is this correct and my memory is failing? I seem to remember that these had no head or extension of the pivot beyond (slotted, for circlip or otherwise) the pivot arm itself.
Inquiring minds need to know!

Did 28 miles yesterday with a business friend from NJ that's entered in this years Ironman. He was on his multi-thousand Kestral and me on my '72 PX-10. I'm whooped! He road consistant with good form but FAST while carrying on a conversation the whole time then commented how quick and easy a ride it was when we got back to my home. Me, I was gasping for air while trying to pedal and talk!
