Subject: [CR]Northeast CR get together this weekend

Looks like we got lucky and this Saturday is going to be gorgious. We are going ahead as planned with the Bikes of the Past (whatever Maurice called it in Italian) this weekend at Larz Anderson Park in Brookline on Saturday the 20th. We will be holding the BBQ and ride in the park above the Museum of Transportation grounds, so there is no fee to pay for space that day.

We will be starting at 9:00AM with a ride through the local area, most likely about twenty miles, and then coming back to relax our weary legs, and then feast. We will meet in the parking lot above the Museum. There's no official swap, but if you want to bring parts to sell, we'll sit around and haggle a bit. If you don't have a truly vintage bike to ride, bring whatever feels good to ride.

To reach the parking lot, enter to Museum grounds off of Newton Street and drive to the front entry of the Museum. Go up the driveway to the left of the building, bearing left. The road bears right at the top into the lot. Looks like a small group so far, so if you have a riding friend invite them along. Should be fun.

If you haven't already emailed me about attending, please drop me a line so we know how many people to bring food for. We'll divide the cost of the food and refreshments at days end.
