What kind of "R" do you mean? Talking decal or a metal brazed on piece? If it is a brazed on piece then chances are, since you are in the San Diego area, that it is a Rob Roberson frame. I own one myself. If you have a Roberson you have something much greater than a Rossi or Rossin or anything else you can think of beginning with "R". Tell us more about the bike and I'll tell you if you are lucky or not.
