I forgot to mention that there is an upcomming opportunity for vintage bike admirers to get together and participate in more history. VELOSWAP is comming to Northern California on Nov. 15, '03. I'm sure many of us, including many bay area ledgends, will be there to hang out and go to the swap meet. The event is produced by Velonews Magazine I believe, and the Bay area is a prime spot from which to draw sellers. Plan to attend if you can.
Jan Johnson is in charge of promotion of the event. Contact her for more details and information. I'm looking forward to possibly running into something cool for my collection. I can't think of a better place to hold a swap for the kinds of things that I like. I'd check this one out if you can.
