If I were Ebay, I would never accept anybody's individual statement about possible fraud. The only ones who would be in a position to make a proper statement would be the Cinelli company itself. Even Andrea's word would not be sufficient in most courts. I would prefer to advise individual bidders who I recognise.
I must also add, that although not the 'real' thing, the badge does seem to be very well made, and I would see nothing wrong with anybody striving to own one. As long as it is not incorrectly used, I don't see much wrong with such an item, when correctly described.
