I have heard that he also considers one spoke and one nipple as single parts when he counts his parts. I would therefore speak to the seller beforehand to be sure exactly what you can expect. I had already outed his previous attempt to offer these goods. The last time the auctions were blocked by Ebay because they were considered games of chance.
