Does anyone have any information about this guy? I believe he built frames for some UK shops including that of Pat Rohan in the 1960s and was also highly regarded by some national class riders for whom he also knocked some pipes together. I have a Rohan-badged track frame and I'm trying to establish whether Vic was the builder. Thanks.
