The Sugino's were standard on the TdF I bought in 1972 in a fine little bike shop in Chapel Hill N.C. called The Clean Machine. At the time - McLean Fonvielle worked there as a mechanic. The Gtanes were the bread and butter and one of these was my first real ride. The candy was the Cinelli's, Frejus's. Legnano's. So far out of reach.
