I have the following for sale should any be interested before it's off to Ebay.

An early seventies, orange Allegro with blue pinstriping, 59 cm ct with 56 cm cc on the toptube. Reynolds 531 tubing. I bought this as a frame approximately two years ago. When I bought the frame and fork, it was NOS and came with Stronglight french threaded Competition headset and Swiss threaded Stronglight competition bottom bracket. I have ridden it for approximately fifty miles since acquiring it. (That's why I'm selling it). The Allegro decals are in bad condition; the paint is in very good to excellent.

It comes with the following components:

NR 72 rear derailleur NR front derailleur NR crankset with a 3 in diamond NR chrome pedals NR brakeset with modolo gum hoods NR hi-flange 36 hole hubs laced to Fiamme oval red label rims (the tires probably should be replaced.) NR seatpost with Brooks saddle (the one that's currently on it is a more recent honey colored with Pro with large rivets) NR clamp-on shifters Old style Cinelli handlebars with ttt Record stem

All of the parts are in good to very good condition, except the following: the brake calipers, especially the nuts and holders, are crungy; the chrome on the pedals has pin-point rust spots; the rims have glue on them and the tires were mucked up when put on (by me, he added sheepishly).

$675.00 as a complete bike plus shipping $375.00 as frame and fork with headset, bottom bracket, derailleur guides, wheel adjustment screws, seatpost binder, plus shipping.

I can provide jpegs of it tomorrow.

Cheers.
