Is there a specific technical designation or configuration that makes a crank a tandem crank? As in the following auction for Stronglight tandem cranksets:
The triple one of that crank looks to me to be a Stronglight 106 (the leftarm of which I have been wanting for a long time.) And I wonder if there some specification or design that qualifies it as a tandem crank and thus disqualifies it as non-tandem crank.
