Sometime ago on the list, a question was asked about Normandy hi-flange hubs with oiler ports (I believe the question came from Charles Andrews, but I am not sure). I remember the question being asked about when they made, quality, and such stuff. After checking the archives, I can't find any responses to the question (nor the question itself), nor do I recall reading any responses to it.
I would also like to know when these hubs were made, typically what quality of bike they went on, and so forth. They have the Normandy engraving vertically (going around the spindle) instead of horizontally as on other Normandy hubs.
