Steve, IMO his feedback pretty much says it all. If you like to gamble in Vegas and get called every profanity in the book at the same time, go for it; if not, well, personally I'd run away very, very quickly!
I absolutely cannot believe this person is still permitted to sell on eBay. That is probably the worst FB I've ever seen for an active member on eBay. My general rule-of-thumb is don't risk bidding on anything from a seller with more than about 1% negative feedback (your actual mileage may vary, of course...). This guy *far* exceeds that percentage - almost ten percent if you include the neutrals!!
His "nice bikes" apparently aren't always what they seem to be also (again, see the FBs about them).
