I think Larry's guess of '75 as end of production for those stems is pretty accurate. Later Fiamme stems look a lot like the later TTT stems. I have a Fiamme stem from '76 which looks like a more delicate version of a TTT (except the Fiamme uses a 6mm hex wrench instead of 7mm) and is labeled "Montreal". I imagine that was intended to evoke an association with the '76 Olympic games.
