Jack,

In my humble opinion, I don't mind the Prugnat BB, but I like to see the greater beauty of the Nervex lugs in the locations that really show; i.e., the seat lugs and the head lugs. So, for me, a Paramount with all Prugnat lugs is somewhat less desirable and less valuable. But that is just one person's opinion.
