This is one of the major reasons I don't paint for a living any more, even though I still have customers calling me some three years now after I closed my paint and fabrication shop in Mountain View.

Dealing with escalating rent in Silicon Valley, constantly changing products, product unavailability, waste disposal, toxic regulations, etc all became just too much.

If I ever get back into frame finishing, it will have to be powder coating or be after I have moved to another state.
