That sounds like a 122, which was Stronglight 93 or a Stronglight 49 inner. Those could be TA arms with Stronglight 49 rings. Usually one sees the opposite combination. Don't think I've ever seen triple mod 49 rings, it was usually Stronglight 99 that was configured as a triple.
