Girtford and especially Girtford Bridge is a famous cycling landmark on the Great North Road. This is where the memorial to F.T.Bidlake (North Road CC.) is located. He was a famous British cyclist and timekeeper. But does anyone know any details on Girtford Lightweight frames? The only information I have is that they date from the late 40's to early 50's and were built by Tom Maysh.
