Hi All:

Hey, FYI, eBay continues to cancel my NOS Record Pista chainring listings, saying that Trialtir USA (the current Campy distributor for USA) says I'm violating their intellectual property rights in some unspecified way!? All I can figure is that they think I'm making them maybe, which any fool should know is not the case. Very weird, and starting to be serious restraint of trade IMLO.

I've e-mailed Trialtir twice for an explanation, and they continue to fail to

respond to my e-mails. eBay is absolutely no help whatsoever (no big surprise there...). I may have to get my lawyer to call Trialtir and/or eBay I guess.

Totally bizarre.....

Anyways folks, please contact me directly if you'd like to purchase any of these NOS-in-the-Campy-envelope 151 BCD 50-tooth Pista 'rings for $50 each shipped. They are the early "Patent" ones with the extra-thick rib inboard of the teeth, and were made by Campagnolo (not me or anyone else!).

Has anyone else experienced the pleasure of a cancelled auction like this? E-mail me off-list if you have, and we can exchange legal strategies. They've messed with the wrong cowboy this time! Yee-hah! < :-)

Cheers,
