The lack of feedback is bacause they keep changing ID's. In early December, they changed from an earlier ID to Cyclo Network, then after Christmas they changed to an new ID with a slightly different spelling of Cyclo-Network. I would think this constant changing of ID's would itself concern buyers. I won't belabor my negative experience with them, you can read the CR archives if you are interested in that.
