Well, it needs to be about 26" x 26" to fit 700C rims, so even if it's only 2" thick, that'd be 82 inches, which should squeak by at the Post Office, but not with Brown. In this case, it couldn't be that slim, as there were three pair of tubular rims. I did learn something, though, so forearmed is forewarned I guess...
