Hi Martin, Hi All,

Story of this Merckx: I bought this and a red Merckx in January. The lady I bought it off couldn´t be reached for the longest time. After calling her a couple of times and leaving progressively more threatening messages on her answering machine. I got a mail in which she told me that she had been in the hospital for a while an durin that time her Ex-husband of three years got his bikes out of the cellar (hers!). My first question is of course, why does an Ex-husband still have her cellar keys after 3 years?

Well to make a long story short, my lawyer is in touch with both of them (her and the current seller) and I am ready to throw the book at them. I will keep everybody updated on this. Please let me know if you are being offered this.

Thank you, kim "Judge Dredd" klakow berlin, School of lawyers, germany
