What are the best methods for removing and installing the pivot pins used to hold a Campagnolo NR front derialleur cage on and also used in the four pivot areas of the rear derailleur for the front arm and inner arm (two parallel cages) to the upper and lower body's?

Were there special tools for this and are there home brew solutions?

Can the pivot pins be re-used or are new pins required?

I have a bunch of stuff that if I mix and match could make some beautiful derailleurs and some real dogs too.

Thanks in advance for all ideas, solutions and feedback,
