Hello Mick ,

I have put some miles on a pair of 27 inch x 32 mm Panaracer Pasela tyres . It helps if you remember that 32 mm equals the old traditional 1 1/4 inch width .

I like Panaracer Pasela tyres , very much !

They are available with , or without , Kevlar ( Aramid fiber ) belting under the tread , in the 27 inch size .

They are NOT available with Kevlar ( Aramid fiber ) beads , in the 27 inch size .

Basically your choices in 27 inch are :

Continental Top Touring 2000 Super Sport Ultra GatorSkin

Michelin World Tour

Avocet FasGrip ( new - old - stock )
