Hi Don,

UPS "LOST" a $1200 shipment of parts which tracking information showed was here at the Austin facility. They told me the parts had been damaged then could not find them. Apparently all these packages end up at one location in Salt Lake City or Denver - forgotten which - where they are eventually auctioned off. I suggest you fight tooth and nail with them until you receive an adequate explanation and/or compensation (better yet the goods). I will NEVER use UPS again as this it the 3rd item to get damage or disappear. I wish you the best of luck and hope all turns out well!

Mike Short, (who so far has had no problems with FedEx) Austin TX PS. I sometimes wonder if UPS has an internal theft problem and when things "get lost" they say the parts were damaged?
