If you measure their recognition by number of orders on backlog/divided by the number of frames built per year (to give years backlog), then certainly even acclaimed builders might make your list. If "recognition" means being discussed in a magazine or on this and other lists, then I suspect there are a few who really haven't cracked the radar screen. I just don't know who they are.
